Top 5 Blog Posts of 2013

Dear Readers,

Happy Holidays!  It is hard to believe that 2014 is almost here, and that nearly a year has gone by since I opened my firm.   I feel grateful every single day to be able to work with incredible families and on behalf of exceptional kids.

Before the New Year begins I thought it would be fun to share the top 5 posts from 2013, which are…(drumroll please):

1.   Should I Hire a Special Education Attorney or a Special Education Advocate?

2.  What is the Difference Between a 504 Plan and an IEP?

3.  How to Respond to an IEP  – Top 5 Tips for Parents

4.  What’s an Independent Evaluation, and Who Pays for It?

5.  IEP Meetings – Top 10 Tips for Parents

My question for you all is what should I write about in 2014?   Feel free to leave a comment or send me an email (michelle@michellemoor.com) if there is a special education question or topic you would like to know more about, and I will do my best to answer it.

Thank you for helping to make 2013 a very special year for me – and I hope that the New Year brings each of you much joy and happiness.  Cheers!
